MentoringMentoring

Solving complex problems is a challenge for any organization. Often you rely on a few key innovators to solve your hardest problems. What are you doing to grow more of these key innovators?  How are you ensuring that your organization continually has the best innovators on their team? Dr. Ricketts works one-on-one with senior innovators on one of their specific projects. He works with the person as they progress on the project, teaching them the best innovation practices and problem solving as it relates specifically to their needs. Mentoring provides an opportunity for feedback and discussion about an individual’s approach to innovation and creativity; more importantly it helps identify how they can accelerate their impact within the organization.
